This immersive 2 hour event will begin with a warm cup of ceremonial cacao to cultivate a sense of grounding before the practice begins.
You will then be guided through a blissful 90 minutes of yin yoga, breathwork, reiki and sound, helping to down-regulate the nervous system, release anything that no longer serves and promote healing on a physical, energetic and emotional level.
