Private sessions are a perfect way to enhance your practice. Whether you’re a complete beginner who’s nervous about taking the first steps, or you already have a regular movement practice and want to take it to the next level, a private session that is tailored to your individual needs can be hugely beneficial.

Private sessions are also great if you’re working with specific health conditions or injuries that mean you need more a little more attention than what you would receive in a general class.

These sessions generally last between 60-90 minutes. You can book a one off or arrange a regular slot.

CORPORATE CLASSES

A corporate yoga or Pilates session can be a really fun, feel-good team building activity. Classes can be tailored to be upbeat and energising or deeply relaxing and restorative, depending on what you think your employees or work colleagues need.

We provide all the equipment so all you need to do is show up. Our cosy communal area is also a great space for holding team meetings post class.

Alternatively, if you’d prefer to do the class in your own space we can come to you!
