This immersive 2 hour event will begin with a warm cup of cacao to cultivate a sense of grounding before the practice begins.
You will then be guided through a blissful 90 minutes of yin yoga, breathwork, reiki and sound, helping to down-regulate the nervous system, release anything that no longer serves and promote healing on a physical, energetic and emotional level.

What is yin yoga?
Yin yoga is a quiet, contemplative practice that works deeply into the body with passive, longer-held poses. Unlike other styles of yoga, physical stillness is favoured over flowing movement. Postures are usually seated or lying down, are heavily propped and can be held for anything between 2-15 minutes.
What is Reiki?
Originating in Japan in the early 20th century, Reiki is a spiritual healing art whereby the practitioner uses hand-on-body healing to channel universal life-force energy where it is needed, helping to clear blockages and restore physical and emotional well-being.
