You will be guided through 4 different pranayama practices for an extended period of time (longer than in a general class setting) to give you the opportunity to really tap into each technique and feel them on a deeper level. The aim is for each student to leave this incredible workshop with an increased awareness of the power of the breath and to apply these techniques into their own practice and life.
